Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Program Security Officer to provide security support for a fast-paced U.S. Government program in the Chantilly, VA area. The PSO will apply physical, personnel, information systems, and industrial security disciplines to protect sensitive assets.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with Polygraph, ASO/SCIF/OCONUS experience, and willing travel at least 50%. The role emphasizes policy development, risk mitigation, and coordination with government personnel and contractors.

Qualifications

• Prior PSO responsibilities and security program experience.
• Experience with SCIF, ASO, and overseas/OCONUS security.
• Demonstrated international or remote field security experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of security disciplines to develop comprehensive plans.
• Conduct security assessments at domestic and international sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage security for classified activities.
• Develop and execute program security documentation.
• Monitor corrective actions from compliance reviews and report findings.
• Train security staff on protocols and procedures when posted domestically.
