Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Security Manager (PSM) to oversee the SPY-1 security program at the Crane, IN site.

The role administers and oversees classification protection, liaises with government security officials, and ensures compliant operations across departments and subcontractors. The PSM will manage security policy, risk assessments, training, and adherence to government directives, reporting to the Facility Security Officer (FSO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience; additional years may substitute for degree.
• Current Top Secret clearance is required; additional access may be needed by program.
• Demonstrated success as FSO or AFSO for 2+ years.
• Thorough working knowledge of NISPOM, DoD guidance, ICDs.
• Strong knowledge of SIMS, DISS, NISS, ACCS, SWFT and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive security programs.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, IT, engineering, legal and other departments.
• Maintain and update security policies, standards and procedures.
• Oversee security training programs to raise awareness.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Advise leadership and manage insider risk and TCPs.
