Job summary

The Program Security Manager (PSM) at Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services, Inc. will oversee the security program for the AN/SPY-1 Capabilities Prototyping initiative, ensuring protection of classified information, facilities, and personnel.

The role serves as primary liaison with government security officials and reports to the Facility Security Officer (FSO). Located in Crane, IN, the PSM will interface with government management, program teams, and subcontractors to ensure program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years experience preferred.
• Experience with national security programs and DoD guidance.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, and related security directives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage security programs aligned with program goals and industry practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, IT, engineering, legal, and other departments to integrate security into processes.
• Maintain and update security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee security awareness training and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Provide guidance to employees and subcontractors to protect classified information and facilities.
• Develop OPSEC and Technology Control Plans, and train personnel accordingly.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports for internal and external use.
