Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Program Security Support Analyst to back STARCOM at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The role focuses on protecting classified information and ensuring DoD/DAF/USSF/IC compliance across SCI, SAP, and collateral programs.

The candidate will manage security records, support personnel security activities, and assist with SCIF/SAPF operations in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of DoD/IC/federal security experience.
• 2+ years SCI/SAP security experience preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD, U.S. Space Force, USSF, or STARCOM environments is preferred.
• Experience processing and maintaining security clearances and related records.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day security support for STARCOM operations including SCI, SAP, and collateral.
• Protect, handle, store, transmit, and accountability of classified information per applicable requirements.
• Assist with personnel security activities: clearance verification, access requests, visit certifications, indoctrinations, debriefings, and records.
• Support physical and information security activities, including access control and inspections of classified areas (SCIF/SAPF).
• Maintain security documentation, databases, files, and tracking for audit readiness.
• Assist with security education, briefings, and awareness materials.
