Job summary

System High Corporation seeks a Program Security Representative II to provide multi-discipline support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), SCI and collateral data. The role involves day-to-day analysis, policy implementation, and security program leadership across government and contractor environments.

The successful candidate will hold a current TS/SCI clearance, be eligible for SAP access, and be willing to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8-10 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years; SPSC counts towards 5 years.
• Maximum SPED certifications equivalent to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of NISPOM and related directives for SAP/SCI/collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP/SCI activities.
• Develop, implement, and train security programs and policies.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and coordinate with SAP security personnel.
