PMA Consultants is looking for a Program Scheduler to manage complex program schedules and provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support various stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong grasp of CPM scheduling theory and experience in Primavera P6.
This role involves developing detailed schedules, analyzing variances, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal applicant possesses a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction or engineering fields.
The salary range for this position is $112,649 - $187,193.
The Program Scheduler independently manages complex program schedules and provides advanced analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support both internal stakeholders and client teams. This role requires hands‑on experience with Primavera P6, project lifecycle understanding, and the ability to mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of CPM scheduling theory and demonstrate the ability to communicate schedule insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
