Role Overview: As the Program Scheduler, you will have a background in project scheduling and performance tracking to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives.
  • Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports.
  • Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization.
Education & Experience

High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies.
  • Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects.
  • Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM).
  • Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning.
