Job Description

**AECOM** is seeking a **Sr. Program Scheduler** based in **Sacramento, CA**. This role is open to remote work.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
Under the general direction of the Program Scheduling Lead, the Senior Program Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and providing accurate, timely schedule reports. This role works under the Risk Management Office Program Controls Branch.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify, develop, and correlate program schedule activities with design plans.
  2. Provide detailed schedule activities reflecting construction durations based on design plans; update as design progresses.
  3. Provide periodic updates and documentation to the Program/Project Controls.
  4. Manage progress, schedule changes, and verification of durations.
  5. Provide schedule assumptions and basis for development; identify key items not included in schedules.
  6. Review and analyze current schedules for correlation, reliability, and risk assessment.
  7. Recommend schedule improvements, identify critical path items.
  8. Review contractor and consultant schedules, providing analysis and comments.
