This Program Research Specialist 2 position in the Department of Health's Bureau of Medicaid Long Term Care Policy supports research, policy writing, and data analytics related to Medicaid long-term care initiatives including NYIAP and CDPAP. The role involves supervising staff, developing subject matter expertise in local social services operations, conducting independent policy analysis, and serving as a liaison between the bureau and internal and external stakeholders.
