Job summary

RTX is seeking a Coyote Missile On-site Program Quality Lead (PQL) at our Tucson, AZ site to drive quality culture across IPTs and leadership teams. You will ensure adherence to QMS and programmatic requirements, coordinating with manufacturing, design, and supplier teams to sustain quality and mission assurance.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience or a advanced degree with 7+ years, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. No relocation is offered for this onsite position.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading teams in failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience providing technical program support for manufacturing/design processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Relevant experience in Quality Management for defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with senior leaders, IPTs, customers, and quality support functions to implement proactive quality strategies.
• Engage on strategic and tactical levels focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Generate CORE and CoPQ projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Monitor RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues.
• Support implementation of APQP/AS9145 and quality reviews across the program.
