Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA, seeks a Program Quality Lead for the Ground Based Radar Digitization program. Hybrid role; in-office presence expected weekly. You will drive Q&MA strategies across engineering, contracts, finance, operations and supply chain to ensure flawless program execution.

Responsibilities include shaping baselines, leading RCCA/FRACAS, and advancing NPI, manufacturing readiness and transition-to-production while coordinating with internal and external customers and IPTs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 2 years’ manufacturing, quality or design engineering experience in defense.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems.
• Customer interface management experience with acquisition customers and program offices.
• Experience with technical failure investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience in design, production, or sustainment phases of a program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Shaping technical and management baselines early in pursuit for balanced delivery.
• Engage on quality, cost and schedule performance with program teams and customers.
• Execute strategic and tactical Q&MA plans enabling on-time delivery.
• Support RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues.
• Interface with customers, suppliers and IPTs on Q&MA requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using statistics and process control.
