RTX, based in the United States, is seeking a Program Quality Engineer for the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program in Woburn, MA with hybrid work. You will support a robust QMA culture, contribute to strategic improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless program execution.

The role requires STEM education, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Active and transferable final U.S. government issued security clearance is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the technical and management baseline early in pursuit to enable optimized delivery.
• Execute strategic and tactical QMA plans at the program level.
• Support risk and opportunity management for successful program performance.
• Maintain quality of delivered products and services to customers.
• Interface with program, customers, and IPTs to promote QMA representation and collaboration.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external customers to influence across levels.
• Ensure QMA compliance on requirements, quality, and program decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and reflection using RCCA/FRACAS.
• Occasional business travel.
