Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate Manager focused on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training Program Quality personnel for the Lower-Tier IAMD program portfolio.

This role accelerates staffing to meet staffing plans over the next 18 months and collaborates with Quality leaders, the Proposal team, HR and Finance to improve staffing and training processes for the program team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in STEM.
• Prior quality leadership experience.
• Experience in learning and development of employees.

Responsibilities

• Leads program quality team members across proposals, startup, and production.
• Responsible for quality across life-cycle, including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors.
• Partners with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution.
• Performs contract reviews and ensures quality requirements are flowed to suppliers.
