IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.**Responsibilities:*** Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives across the production lifecycle.* Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.* Design and refine processes and mechanisms to enhance product quality and efficiency.* Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.* Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests to ensure quality requirements are met.* Manage nonconformance data and ensure timely resolution.* Participate in lean initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and other quality improvement programs.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.* 2+ Years experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related field.* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
