IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.**Responsibilities:*** Manage and control complex project data for internal and external project reporting.* Prepare and analyze budgets, schedules, and cost proposals for contract work.* Conduct detailed "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis.* Monitor and report on outstanding work against each contract to maintain accurate cost and schedule baselines.* Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.* Prepare and deliver financial presentations for management and stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related field.* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.* Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.* Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.* **The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required****Qualifications We Prefer:*** Advanced proficiency with financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.* Knowledge of government contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations.* Experience with Earned Value Management.* Deltek Cobra experience highly preferred.**Essential Functions:*** Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.* Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.* Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.* Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.* May require occasional travel for training or meetings.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40.
