Job summary

Sasha Bruce Youthwork is seeking a Program Quality Assistant to support program quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and data functions across Sasha Bruce Youthwork's DC programs. This is a support role designed to assist in maintaining program standards, ensuring youth files are accurate and complete, and contributing to the overall quality of SBY's programs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Prior experience in youth-serving organizations, government programs, or social services is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite; HMIS is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with staff.

Responsibilities

Onboard new managers and support program operations.
Review youth client files for completeness and accuracy.
Flag missing or inconsistent documentation and coordinate follow-up with Programs team.
Maintain tracking logs of findings and resolutions across programs.
Assist in licensure preparation and external audits with required documentation.
