Job summary

Solvere Technical Group seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to direct program execution and brief the COR on financial health. You will oversee tasking, CDRL submissions, and staff management for the program team.

You will also attend meetings, present to the COR, and coordinate with senior engineers and managers to ensure on-time, within-budget program success, leveraging extensive naval program experience and a active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or Financial Management.
• Candidates with a degree in another discipline must have at least 5 years of experience aboard a surface combatant vessel in addition to the degree.
• 20 years of experience in engineering management, including at least 5 years of naval shipbuilding or overhaul experience.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or Financial Management). Candidates with a degree in another discipline must have at least 5 years of experience serving aboard a surface combatant vessel in addition to the degree.
• 20 years of experience in engineering management, including at least 5 years of naval shipbuilding or overhaul experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (preferred, not required).

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $125,000 to $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
