Job summary

The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Program Manager in Washington, DC to oversee financial management personnel and serve as the SME for Foreign Military Sales financial support tasks.

Responsibilities include leading the financial management team, training personnel on systems and FMS policies, and coordinating with Navy and government partners. Anticipated base range is $100k–$160k annually with location-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Financial Management.
• 10 years of Navy financial experience, including 7 years of FMS financial experience.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), coordinating the efforts of a financial support team, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), SCIP, MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS, with Government personnel.

Job description

The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Program Manager to manage financial management personnel and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Foreign Military Sales financial support tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial management personnel and lead the financial management team.
• Serve as SME for FMS financial support tasks.
• Train financial management personnel, as needed, on relevant systems, processes, and FMS policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Financial Management).
• 10 years of Navy financial experience, including 7 years of FMS financial experience.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), coordinating the efforts of a financial support team, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS, and daily interaction with Government personnel.

Security Clearance: Secret

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
