Program Project Manager - Regulatory Affairs (25-26)

This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or those willing to relocate.

Job Description

The Program Project Manager of Regulatory Affairs supports the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs in implementing and coordinating critical projects, initiatives, planning, policy execution, and data analysis. They manage the Regulatory Affairs team’s core operations and support leadership with compliance across the district. They develop and lead priority projects, implement policies, monitor metrics, coordinate training, and track team progress. Ensuring compliance with state and national requirements, they aim to create long-lasting value for stakeholders, students, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance-focused projects and partnerships.
  • Oversee systems and tools used for compliance requirements (e.g., AskTed, Qualtrics).
  • Collaborate on projects including reporting, monitoring, updates, and issue management.
  • Develop project management plans and manage daily activities, including scheduling, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Work with educators, leadership, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Wrike.
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor certification.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in educational or large organizational settings.
  • Over 5 years of project management experience.

Benefits

Salary ranges from $63,400 to $73,300, with performance pay potential. Benefits include health plans, insurance, parental benefits, flexible spending, vacation, bonuses, professional development, and a 403(b) plan. Relocation stipends may be available.
