The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Pilot Manufacturing. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you’ll do

• Lead programs that drive business process optimization and operational efficiency
• Build solutions that standardize workflows, streamline business execution, reduce cycle time, and improve decision‑making across the organization
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and operational execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Our work location models

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex.

• On‑site Flex: you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
• Virtual Flex: you’ll work 1-2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
