Qualifications

The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for all manufacturing-related activities at the Tualatin campus. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Work Location Models

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On‑site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
