Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC. is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst (Journeyman) to join the Aviation division at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. This full-time, in-office role supports a Navy program with a focus on coordination, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities include evaluating program objectives, tracking budgets and schedules, and applying government processes. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential to success in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three to ten years of experience supporting the DoD as a program, project, or management analyst.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or related technical field.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree plus two years of experience may be substituted; or four additional years of experience.
• Experience in program management, IPT lead, or operational fleet experience integrated with cost, schedule, and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with large, diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience developing program-level briefs.

• Coordinate with PM teams supporting Navy programs at Pax River.
• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business analyses.
• Track program status and schedules; manage documentation and data.
• Communicate status and issues clearly to stakeholders.

Asa Program/Project/ManagementAnalyst, you will coordinate with other members of thePMA customer supporting a Navy program atNaval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax).

Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical techniques in the evaluation of program/projectobjectives.

• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

• Performsmanagement, technical, or business case analyses.

• Collects,completes, organizes, and interprets data relating toaircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

• Tracksprogram/project status and schedules.

• Appliesgovernment-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience working as a program, project or management analyst supporting the DoD.

• Bachelor’s Degreebusiness administration, business management, finance, accounting, or other technical-related disciplines.

• In lieu of aBachelor’sdegree, anAssociate’sdegree plus two (2)additionalyears of work experience may be substituted. In lieu of a degree, anadditionalfour (4) years of experience may be substituted.

• Experience in program management, IPT lead, or operational fleet experience integrated with program management cost, schedule, and performance.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large and diverse teams.

• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.

• Microsoft Office suiteproficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience developing program-level briefs.

• Abilityto work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellentverbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues.

• Ability to adapt to evolving technology.
