Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with years of experience in A&D or related fields; Level 3 requires more experience or advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; or Master’s with 1 year; or 6 years with HS diploma accepted in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience; or Master’s with 3 years; or PhD with 1 year may be accepted with HS diploma in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, VBA, and Macros.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis and resolve critical path conflicts.
