Job Summary

Seeking a Prod Planning/Scheduler 5 for the Unmanned Systems Division. The role builds and maintains an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and works closely with the Program Management Organization to plan, organize, and direct multi‑tiered project schedules for significant projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet all program objectives; ensure major programs and schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated with functional groups (finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, quality); track plans, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical‑path and network logic conflicts; utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned‑value management, and other project‑management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances for intervention on critical areas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 13+ years with a Master's degree; or 19+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced/expert ability to develop program plans and production schedules based on equipment, labor, and material availability.
• Advanced/expert ability to develop Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Advanced/expert ability to plan, organize, and direct multi‑tiered project schedules, identify milestones, align activities, manage complex schedules, and collaborate on challenging projects.
• Experience building schedules for programs requiring earned‑value management reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in team/group settings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Deltek Cobra.
• Proficiency with Acumen Fuse.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint (MRP).

Physical Requirements

Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity; work is performed in an office environment.
