Candidates must possess hands-on expertise in MS Project or Open Plan, along with a comprehensive understanding of Earned Value Management Systems and Government Compliance Audits. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Planning/Scheduling with Department of Defense contracting.
• US Citizenship is required, active security clearance preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework.
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
