Job summary
A leading consulting firm is hiring an experienced Program Planner to oversee Program Planning and Scheduling tasks for various Fortune 500 DoD clients. This role requires expertise in MS Project or Open Plan, as well as familiarity with Department of Defense contracting. Qualifications
Experience as a Program Planner with hands-on expertise in planning and scheduling.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and government compliance.
US Citizenship required, active security clearance preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework.
Develop and baseline Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Support the implementation of Earned Value Management.
Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management procedures.
