Job summary

Harborview Medical Center’s Madison Clinic – Primary Care Program has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Operations Specialist, Grants and Contracts Manager. You will create processes for contract reporting to ensure compliance, review grant-related regulatory reports, and track reporting for primary care contracts.

You will partner with UW Medicine and funders, develop policies for grants, oversee budgeting planning for grants, enhance information systems and billing procedures, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, finance, or accounting.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
• Fluency in Excel, budgeting, and grant/contract reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create processes or procedures on contract reporting to ensure compliance.
• Review, develop, or approve grant-related regulatory reports.
• Track and oversee reporting for various Primary Care contracts.
• Represent Harborview’s Primary Care programs at meetings with funders such as King County and WA state.
• Develop policies/procedures for Primary Care programs to adhere to regarding grants/contracts.
• Oversee accounting and budgeting planning for primary care grants/contracts.
• Develop or enhance Primary Care information systems and billing procedures.
• Analyze grant opportunities and support growth opportunities for PC programs.
