Job summary

LMU's Center for Equity for English Learners (CEEL) seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate CEEL’s operations under the Executive Director and Directors. The role includes overseeing program management with internal and external partners, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support strategic planning and implementation.

The position requires collaboration with leadership, managing project plans, coordinating communications, and ensuring milestones are met across CEEL

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferably in Education or related field or equivalent experience with research and evaluation.
• Minimum five years of experience.
• Experience with schools and school systems addressing linguistic diverse students.
• Experience managing budgets and grant writing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director, Directors and project leads/teams.
• Lead operational aspects of the Center and coordinate with the Leadership Team.
• Manage detailed project plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Liaise between CEEL’s internal and external partners.
• Coordinate team meetings, assignments and deliverables across organizations.
• Develop and manage overall project plans and grant reports.
• Plan and implement internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with partners to sustain engagement and resources.
• Support ongoing partnership agreements and communications.
