House of Ruth Inc. invites applications for the Assistant Program Coordinator position. The role manages daily program operations, develops therapeutic client relationships, assesses needs, and implements case management plans with supportive counseling and group facilitation.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or related field, 2–4 years’ supervision experience, and preferred licensure. Strong MS Office skills and flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's in social work or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing counseling and/or case management services.
• Licensed social worker or licensed professional counselor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate program objectives and procedures.
• Oversee daily program operations to meet objectives and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and codes.
• Provide briefings to the program manager on residents and staff.
• Schedule and coordinate volunteers and groups delivering services.
• Maintain thorough case management and counseling documentation.
• Ensure a safe, non-violent environment for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals.
• Manage daily program operations and assist with tasks as needed.
• Coordinate program work with other agency entities.
• Participate in staff recruitment and HR processes.
• Monitor data entry accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare reports for funders and stakeholders.
• Attend monthly resident meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain timely compliance documentation and records.
• Perform tasks independently as required.
