Job summary

  • Ability to track and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and synthesize complex information into concise and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Program Operations Lead

The Opportunity:

As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You'll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, analysts, and other support staff that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise U.S. Army senior leadership on a path forward.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience working in military headquarters or policy environments
  • Experience in a military, civil service, or government contractor role

  • Experience briefing senior leaders or executives
  • Experience with interagency, joint, or multinational environments
  • Experience in project management or as a staff officer
  • Knowledge of organizational hierarchy and decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of staff processes, task management systems, and organizational policy compliance
  • Ability to be adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Project Management or Change Management Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
