Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Program Manager, Lead to design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs that support corporate strategy. You will lead complex projects, mentor teams, and apply advanced principles to deliver innovative solutions.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Agile project management experience, expertise with Jira and GitLab, and TS/SCI clearance. A bachelor's degree with 8+ years of operations experience (or 12+ without degree) is required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization.
  • Experience with Agile software project management tools, including Atlassian Jira and GitLab.
  • Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining product backlogs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience managing project operations or 12+ years of experience managing project operations in lieu of a degree.
  • Agile Framework certification.
