Position Summary:
The Program Operations Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing critical and agile operations owned solutions, including, but not limited to: innovative clinical application, configurable user flow within targeted platforms, and analytical learning. The Program Operations Designer will be instrumental in delivering innovative, operations enabled solutions driving continuous improvement and improved value realization for the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize operations flows to enhance operational configurability, efficiency, and productivity
- Partner within enterprise on innovation application of program operations solutions to advance organization further in achieving leadership goals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on technical requirements, solution design, and testing to ensure successful new feature deployment and integration
- Implement best practices and standards for feature creation, usage, and configurability to streamline data capture and processing
- Triage and resolve production issues resulting from development within established SLA limits, supporting operational continuity and transparent reporting
- Identify and execute upon opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Conduct team peer reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Engage in cross-training sessions to build team capabilities and ensure knowledge sharing across functional areas
- Actively partner with key Product and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and support prioritization of enhancements with alignment to organizational goals
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet their needs and expectations
- Engage with IT teams, as needed, to design additional operations enablement tools and functionalities in support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Support transparent reporting to monitor user satisfaction and quality of deployed features
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in operations management, business process optimization, or similar roles within a healthcare or related industry
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience in workflow management, form design, and documentation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion
- Knowledge of IT tools and systems, with the ability to partner effectively with IT teams to deliver technical solutions
