Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/related discipline.
• Recent/soon-to-be graduates encouraged to apply.
• Internship, customer service, leadership or operations experience beneficial but not required.
• Manufacturing or electronics industry experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Management with customer requirements, order management, reporting and follow-up.
• Coordinate activities and requirements across multiple functional areas of the business.
• Support customer communication, account reviews and operational reporting.
• Monitor commitments, identify risks, and assist with driving issues through resolution.
• Analyze business and operational problems and support development of solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and business information within company systems.
• Support manufacturing, material, quoting, and other business activities as assigned.
• Take increasing ownership of responsibilities as knowledge develops.
