LISC Cleveland, a local office of National LISC, seeks a Program Officer to advance wealth-building and workforce development initiatives across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. This role oversees Financial Opportunity Centers, builds partnerships, and leads workshops aligned with financial stability, homeownership, and economic mobility.

The position emphasizes capacity building, program design, grants management, and collaboration with government, nonprofits, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience may be considered as proxy.
• 3+ years in community/economic development with program or project management is preferred.
• Interest in community development mission of LISC.

Responsibilities

• Manage LISC Cleveland’s network of Financial Opportunity Centers with training and technical assistance.
• Steward relationships with economic development and workforce partners to embed the FOC model locally.
• Plan and deliver workshops and peer-learning events on financial stability and homeownership.
