Stand Together is seeking a Program Officer to enhance cultural adoption of principles through strategic partnerships and grantmaking focused on mental health. Successful candidates will have 8+ years in program management, demonstrating strong strategic relationship management and passion for driving cultural change.

As Program Officer on the Stand Together Trust team you will drive cultural adoption of our principles through strategic partnerships, grantmaking, and thought leadership. The most prominent areas of engagement include mental health, where you will champion upstream interventions that address root causes and build youth resilience, and the culture of health, where you will advance personal agency and ownership to empower individuals to live healthier lives and take greater control of their well‑being. You will build and maintain partnerships with key individuals and organizations in these and adjacent areas, driving cultural and systemic change that puts people in control of their well‑being. In this role you will work alongside committed colleagues and partners to make a life‑changing impact on the lives of individuals every single day.
