Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
• Clinical licensure preferred (CADC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with at-risk, justice-involved, or high-needs youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to counselors and program staff.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with agency, contractual, and Department of Juvenile Justice requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff.
• Monitor service delivery, program outcomes, and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with facility personnel, community partners, and referral sources to support youth success.
• Assist with crisis intervention, problem-solving, and program planning.
• Ensure timely reporting, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment for youth and staff.

Youth Outreach Services (YOS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead our Monarch Lincoln Program within the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice. What We\'re Looking For:

• Master\'s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
