Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Program Manager for the YouthQuest Independent Living Apartment Program in Virginia. You will actively engage with young adults aged 17–21, serving as a positive role model as they prepare for successful transition into the community.

You will support residents in money management, employment, education, daily living skills, and career development while supervising life skills coaches and staff, including evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in any field plus five years of experience in providing case management services to children and families.
• OR a doctorate or master's degree in a field related to social work with at least four years of experience in providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency.
• OR a doctorate or master's degree in social work with at least three years of experience in providing casework services to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise life skills coaches and support staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
• Engage with residents aged 17–21 and serve as a positive role model.
• Help residents develop money management, employment, education, daily living skills, and career opportunities.
• Assess residents' strengths and weaknesses to plan activities aligned with individualized transitional living plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 5 years case management with children & families

Doctorate or Master's in a field related to social work + 4+ years casework in child-placing agency

Doctorate or Master's in Social Work + 3+ years casework with children & families
