Job summary

Appone seeks a Program Manager to ensure services comply with regulatory guidelines under a Michigan Works Contract. The role involves maintaining attendance, handling personnel issues, troubleshooting with the OSMIS system, and assisting the Director in achieving GLBMWA goals.

The position engages with Workforce Development Board meetings, coordinates staff, and ensures triage and reporting are completed daily. Full-time opportunity based in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage the public.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor policy and procedure implementation for accuracy.
• Attend board meetings if the Services Director is unavailable.
• Schedule and facilitate staff meetings and coordinate outreach.
• Oversee OSMIS queries for Saginaw, Midland, and Bay Counties.
• Supervise Career Coaches registrations, exits and performance.
• Assist in responding to program audits and data verification.
• Maintain facility, equipment and inventory with the Director.
