Hope House, Inc. seeks an experienced residential services leader to oversee clinical operations, staffing, and program coordination in a full-time, exempt role.

You will supervise staff, coordinate treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care for clients within the organization’s residential program in the Greater Capital Region of New York. • Minimum of 5 years full-time work experience in substance use disorder, or related field.
• Strong clinical and supervisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Completes/oversees the scheduling of staff.
• Develops programming to enhance clients' knowledge, attitude and skills.
• Coordinates treatment and activities for clients and staff.
• Facilitates staff meetings and case conferences.
• Maintains statistical data analysis and reporting.
• Ensures adherence to regulations and Hope House policies.
• Completes required reports.
• Works with Admissions for referrals, screenings and admissions.
• Clinical treatment decisions as team leader and documents accordingly.
• On-site healthcare coordination, if assigned.
• Develops and maintains relationships with agencies and referral sources.
• Interviews, orients, and conducts staff performance evaluations and training.
• Participation in on-call rotation.
• Ensures clinical and staffing needs of the program are met.
• Contributes to budget planning with Director.

Position Reports to: Director of Residential Services

Job Status: Full-Time / Salary / Exempt

Compensation: up to $69,435 per year

Primary responsibilities include:

• Completes/oversees the scheduling of staff.
• Responsible for the needs of clients by developing programming that will enhance their knowledge, attitude and skills.
• Responsible for the coordination of treatment and activities for clients and staff.
• Responsible for facilitating/co-facilitating staff meetings and case conferences.
• Maintains statistical data analysis and reporting.
• Ensures adherence to OASAS regulations, and Hope House policies and procedures.
• Completes required reports.
• Works with the Admissions Department for referrals, screenings and admissions.
• Responsible for clinical treatment, decisions as team leader, and all clinical documentation and record keeping.
• Performs medication self-administration with oversight duties
• May serve as the on-site healthcare coordinator.
• Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with agencies, referral sources, and community-based providers.
• Responsible for interviewing, orienting, professional development plans, performance evaluations, and training of staff.
• Takes part in on-call rotation responsibility.
• Responsible for ensuring the clinical and staffing needs of the program are being met.
• In conjunction with the Director, works to conform to program's budget.
• Responsible for ensuring client money related policies are being followed.
• Collaborates with Admissions and Finance Department to ensure financial arrangements are in place pre/post admission.
• Responsible for Time and Attendance of staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training:

• NYS Advanced CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification, OR Licensure (RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) required.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree that's in a human service field required.
• Must maintain CASAC and/or licensure at all times.
