Job summary

Hope House, Inc. in New York is seeking an overnight, full-time staff member to support clients and facility operations. This non-exempt, hourly role runs 12am–8am and reports to the Program Manager. Compensation is up to $18.026 per hour before shift differential.

Responsibilities include enforcing house rules, logging information, answering phones, and performing overnight checks. Some experience in substance abuse services is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and strong staff/client boundaries.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in substance abuse services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clients are adhering to rules.
• Maintaining logs and communicating pertinent information.
• Answer telephones.
• Conduct regularly scheduled room and facility checks.
• This is an awake overnight position.
• Scanning and Filing Charts.
• Other duties as assigned.
