Responsibilities

• Identifies and interprets rules, principles, and data relationships to draw logical conclusions and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Applies systems acquisition policies, procedures, and practices to assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance factors.
• Conducts research, develops plans, coordinates activities, and delivers clear briefings aligned with leadership goals and organizational objectives.
• Collaborates effectively across executive staffs, joint organizations, commands, and interagency partners to ensure unified program execution.
• Produces data driven metrics and analytical products that strengthen organizational decision making and performance oversight.
• Executes comprehensive project management practices, including risk management, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource planning.
• Understands customer requirements to ensure cases are delivered on time and of high quality.
• Participates in program meetings and is prepared to address or disseminate anything of need concerning customer policies, procedures, and clarifications.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Top Secret clearance. This position is pending contract award. Responsibilities :
