Job summary

Bluewater Federal is seeking a Program Manager to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB, overseeing the Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems and providing lifecycle support for enterprise logistics and maintenance systems critical to global mission readiness.

You will direct ART-level execution, manage performance against metrics, and lead government engagement, staffing, risk management, and release governance while coordinating modernization, sustainment, migration, and cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Active Secret clearance.
• 15+ years of enterprise IT and/or program management experience.
• 10+ years managing DoD enterprise sustainment or modernization programs.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps for enterprise systems modernization, sustainment, release governance, RMF/cATO, cloud migration oversight, and program financial management.
• Experience supporting Air Force, logistics, maintenance, or mission systems preferred.
• SPC, PMP, ITIL Foundation or higher, and Security+ CE certifications preferred.
