Wintrust Sports Complex, operated by SFC, is seeking a Local Program Manager to oversee all local events, leagues, and activities. You will coordinate with departments, manage staff, and drive programming across youth, adult, and corporate markets.
The role requires coaching experience, strong sales and marketing skills, and a collaborative mindset to maximize revenue and engagement across events and parties. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

The Program Manager will oversee all local events, including sports and non-sports programs, leagues, tournaments, and other local activities. This position will work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling. The Manager will work closely with the individual leaders of each department to successfully accomplish these responsibilities.
