Job summary

Remedies Renewing Lives is seeking a Program Manager of Treatment Services to oversee outpatient and intensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use issues.

The role supervises staff, handles assessments, counseling, and treatment planning, and ensures compliant documentation. A CADC and a Bachelor's in Human Services are preferred, with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Services is preferred.
• CADC certification is required.
• One year of full-time experience in substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive alcohol and/or drug assessments for potential patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual and group counseling as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate clinical records of services provided.
• Supervise staff and participate in program reports and meetings.
