Jobtailor is seeking a qualified professional to oversee treatment court programs in Union and Wallowa Counties, engaging with applicants and coordinating intake, referrals, and case planning. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible program experience or any combination of education and experience equivalent to eight years of qualifying experience.
  • Experience developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience acting as a project lead, coordinating work assignments, and providing information or direction to groups.
  • Proficiency using a computer to enter and retrieve data, perform research and analysis, and present findings.
  • Experience reporting program outcomes, evaluating and recommending program changes, and implementing new processes.
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups of various sizes.
  • Experience with grant reporting and tracking project or program finances.
  • Authorization to work in the United States; OJD does not offer visa sponsorship.
  • Subject to criminal background and reference checks.
  • Ability to travel in-state between court locations, occasionally out of state, with overnight travel required.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Ability to meet professional conduct, ethics, and confidentiality standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee treatment court programs in Union County and Wallowa County.
  • Meet with treatment court applicants and provide program information.
  • Perform intake services and use screening tools to determine program eligibility.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, goals, and standards.
  • Maintain participant files, testing records, and program data.
  • Produce program reports.
  • Attend court sessions and document appearances and actions taken.
  • Plan and resource participant graduation events.
  • Identify participation barriers and implement strategies to improve access and outcomes.
  • Build relationships with participants, court staff, OJD staff, service providers, behavioral health and community partners, attorneys, law enforcement, corrections staff, federal government, and other agencies.
  • Plan and support steering committee meetings, graduations, and alumni activities.
  • Present program information to local government and public sector committees.
  • Participate in local, regional, state, and national training and education programs.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Track and report program finances.
  • Coordinate grant-related activities and ensure grant compliance

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience
  • OR any combination of education and experience equivalent to eight (8) years of qualifying experience
  • Experience developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience acting as a project lead, coordinating work assignments, and providing information, guidance, or direction to groups
  • Proficiency using a computer to enter and retrieve data, perform research and analysis, and present findings
  • Experience reporting program outcomes, evaluating and recommending program changes, and implementing new processes
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups of various sizes
  • Experience with grant reporting and tracking project or program finances
