Job summary

Bow Wave LLC in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager with TS clearance and FBI liaison experience to lead complex government contracts. The role manages 50+ contracted intelligence personnel, interfaces with FBI unit chiefs and contracting officers, and steers projects from concept to implementation while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Top Secret clearance with FBI interface familiarity preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Government.
• Law enforcement / IC experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project development and implementation.
• Serve as single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with vendor tasks and review deliverables.

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.

Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives.

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
