Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Manager / Test Engineer focused on Air‑to‑Ground Weapons to support the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron (28 TES) D0G division.
Lead planning, execution, and reporting of complex system evaluations, ensuring new air‑to‑ground munitions meet mission requirements. Conduct mathematical modeling, Operations Research, and Design of Experiments to evaluate cost‑effectiveness and performance. Attend and lead planning meetings, evaluate new technologies, provide advisory support to junior personnel, facilitate technical information interchange, present findings in high‑level briefings, and influence top‑level leadership decisions.
