The role focuses on early-stage development and planning of infrastructure work across telecom, generation, solar, and IT initiatives, coordinating with business partners to define scope and prepare financially supported projects. Responsibilities include creating project records, estimating planning inputs, and ensuring proper handoffs for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination, or development in infrastructure, telecom, or utility sectors.
• Ability to gather requirements, clarify scope, document assumptions, and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Experience supporting project estimates, financial planning, budget inputs, labor planning, contingency planning, or related controlling activities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, meetings, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to summarize project information for partners and leadership.
• Experience planning, facilitating, or documenting project meetings with decisions and risks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interchange with business partners to intake work requests, clarify needs, and document requirements.
• Develop early project scope, assumptions, constraints, financial info, and planning details for intake.
• Coordinate preliminary estimates by sending requests to engineers, reviewing responses, and resolving gaps.
• Prepare labor, contingency, and financial planning information for execution readiness.
• Create JIRA Epics and Features and route work to regional teams when ready.
• Use P6 schedules and systems of record to align planning with timelines.
• Attend frequent meetings with partners, engineering, regional teams, and product owners.
• Track decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, financial inputs, and handoff information.
• Support coordination across telecom, transmission, generation, solar, facilities, and IT teams.
