The role requires 5+ years in program or project management within hardware, manufacturing, or supplier-facing engineering environments, plus proven multi-project leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, or supplier-facing engineering environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs and tying them to a larger schedule.
• Strong skills in gap analysis and proactive risk identification.
• Experience building and delivering status and health reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) team.
• Manage project schedules, surface risks and gaps, and roll up overall health for leadership.
• Own project timelines across all active SIE workstreams and ensure milestones align with the company program schedule.
• Identify schedule, resource, and technical gaps and drive resolution with engineering and supplier teams.
• Build and maintain leadership-facing program health reporting.
• Connect supplier projects to the broader program schedule and flag downstream impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
• Lead recurring status reviews, gate checks, and stakeholder updates.
