Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains data tracking systems for student participation, persistence, and outcomes across Pilot sites.
• Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and challenges; prepares dashboards and reports.
• Supports evaluation framework development and dissemination of lessons learned.
• Leads student success initiatives and coordinates with partner institutions on recruitment and retention.
• Serves as a primary contact for site issues and coordinates with the team to resolve them.
